How to Change or Cancel Your Order
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@handichidesign.com. Be sure to include your order number and the specific changes you’d like to make. We can only guarantee order information changes within 24 hours of your order being placed.
We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that orders that have already been processed for printing or fulfillment cannot be modified or canceled.
Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 30 calendar days of the date you received your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Have all original tags attached
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return an Item:
Contact us via email at [your email address] with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.
In your email, please include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return (optional)
- Photo of the item(s) you are returning (if applicable)
We will then provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible).
Attach the return shipping label to the package.

Please note:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return within 7 business days.
If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7 – 14 business days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return instructions above. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you free of charge.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items that are returned more than 30 days after the date of receipt.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless the item is defective or damaged).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@handichidesign.com
